Gullane
golf courses are simply known by number, reflecting their age:
Gullane No 1 course (1884). Carved into the ancient links
turf, pot bunkers, wispy grasses and smooth-running greens. A
unique challenge for the serious golfer.
Gullane No 2 course (1898). Runs alongside No 1 for the
first 7 holes then sweeps down to the nature reserve next to
Aberlady Bay before turning back towards home and the visitors’
clubhouse.
Gullane No 3 course (1910). Enjoys some of the best views
across Aberlady Bay to Edinburgh and the Firth of Forth. |
